Een stabiele en groeiende organisatie in de regio Kruisem is op zoek naar een hands-on Operationeel Coördinator. In deze functie ben je dagelijks aanwezig op de site en vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de operationele medewerkers, chauffeurs en interne organisatie. Je combineert een praktische aanpak met een beperkte administratieve verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig je werk te organiseren.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse laadactiviteiten en zorgt ervoor dat goederen correct, tijdig en volgens de gemaakte afspraken klaargemaakt worden.
  • Je stuurt een klein team van twee medewerkers aan, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je voert controles uit op de goederen en volgt beschadigingen, afwijkingen en eventuele herstellingen verder op.
  • Je houdt de beschikbare voorraad en operationele planning mee in het oog en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.
  • Je verzorgt de nodige administratie rond de dagelijkse activiteiten en onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs en interne collega's.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je bent vooral een hands-on persoon die graag op de werkvloer aanwezig is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ook kandidaten met beperkte ervaring kunnen in aanmerking komen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en weet ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je in het Engels voldoende uit de slag trekken in dagelijkse communicatie.
  • Je bent flexibel, betrouwbaar en zoekt bewust een stabiele functie waarin je op termijn volledig zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheid kunt opnemen.
