Functieomschrijving:

Wij zijn op zoek naar enkele enthousiaste en gemotiveerde logopedist(e)n om ons fijne, goed samenwerkend team te versterken.

Als logopedist(e) sta je in voor het onderzoeken, behandelen en begeleiden van kinderen, jongeren en/of volwassenen met uiteenlopende logopedische hulpvragen. Je stelt behandelplannen op maat op, volgt de evolutie van cliënten op en werkt nauw samen met ouders, familieleden, scholen en andere zorgprofessionals.

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team van disciplines binnen de ruimte welzijns- en gezondheidsector.

Jouw taken:

  • uitvoeren van logopedische onderzoeken en observaties;
  • opstellen en uitvoeren van individuele behandelplannen;
  • behandelen van problemen op het vlak van taal, spraak, articulatie, stem, vloeiendheid en/of slikken;
  • opvolgen en evalueren van de behandelingen;
  • geven van advies en praktische ondersteuning aan cliënten en hun omgeving;
  • rapporteren van onderzoeks- en behandelresultaten;
  • samenwerken met andere betrokken hulpverleners.

Profiel

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • beschikt over een diploma Bachelor of Master in de Logopedie en Audiologie;
  • professioneel, empathisch en cliëntgericht werkt;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook héél graag samenwerkt in teamverband;
  • communicatief sterk is;
  • gemotiveerd is om zich verder te ontwikkelen;
  • een positieve en betrokken houding heeft;
  • mensgerichtheid even belangrijk vindt dan professionaliteit
  • zich goed voelt in een nauw samenwerkend, nabij team

Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde starters zijn welkom.

- Aanwezigheid op onze 6 wekelijkse teamvergaderingen op woensdagavond (19-22u) is noodzakelijk
