Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort

eine:n Lohnverrechner:in mit Erfahrung und Engagement.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für

Arbeiter:innen und Angestellte

* Ansprechpartner:in für arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen

* Enge Kommunikation mit externen Stellen wie ÖGK, Finanzamt und Behörden

* Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer

Verrechnungsprozesse

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK oder vergleichbar)

* Personalverrechnungsprüfung von Vorteil

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung wünschenswert

* Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit BMD NTCS ist ein Plus

* Strukturierte, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
