Over de functie Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor huurders van de woningstichting om de technische reparaties op te lossen. - Service: de melding komt binnen op jouw tablet en je rijdt door de regio om de klus op te pakken. - Mutatie: je helpt collega's in een leegstaande woning om badkamers, toiletten of keukens klaar te maken voor de volgende bewoner. - Onderhoud: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verduurzamen en onderhouden van de woningen van de woningstichting.
