  • Capacité à transformer et rénover des éléments de construction neufs et anciens (murs, planchers, structures béton, etc.).
  • Mise en œuvre des techniques spécifiques de restauration et de conservation du patrimoine bâti.
  • Lecture précise et compréhension des plans de construction et instructions techniques (architectes, ingénieurs).
  • Utilisation d’instruments de mesure pour repérer niveaux, tracés et positions des éléments à construire.
  • Gestion autonome de l’exécution des tâches, avec respect des délais et de la qualité.
  • Encadrement des ouvriers de catégories inférieures : transmission d’instructions claires et contrôle du travail.
  • Réalisation d’enduits intérieurs et extérieurs, ainsi que de finitions murales conformes aux normes.
  • Ragréage et pose de finitions de sol (carrelage, plancher, etc.) dans le respect des exigences techniques.
  • Utilisation d’outils et équipements lourds (grues, excavatrices, etc.)Vérification de la qualité des matériaux et de la conformité des travaux aux normes du chantier.
  • Application rigoureuse des bonnes pratiques professionnelles et des normes techniques en vigueur.
  • Veille au respect des normes de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’environnement..
  • Maintien de l’ordre et de la propreté sur chantier, dans les locaux et véhicules mis à disposition.
  • Bonne gestion et entretien du matériel professionnel.
