Dat is één van de speerpunten van de gemeente Winterswijk. Vanuit jouw rol als wijkverbinder draag jij daaraan bij. Je beweegt soepel tussen inwoners, partners en collega's en weet op ieder niveau de juiste toon te vinden. Wijkverbinder 32 - 36 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Als wijkverbinder ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor inwonersinitiatieven in Winterswijk en de buurtschappen. Je staat naast inwoners. Dit betekent dat je meedenkt, hen ondersteunt en faciliteert om plannen verder te brengen. Waar nodig, leg je verbindingen met onze vakcollega's of andere betrokkenen die in de buurten en wijken actief zijn. Je werkt vanuit de samenleving naar de organisatie toe. Je legt makkelijk contact en weet verschillende belangen samen te brengen. Gaandeweg bouw je een netwerk op. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere uitvoering van de wijkagenda van Winterswijk Oost. De afgelopen jaren is deze agenda samen met de bewoners opgesteld; nu is het tijd om de plannen om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Samen met bewoners, collega's en samenwerkingspartners geef jij hier richting aan. Jij bent daarin een inspirerende aanjager die kansen volop weet te benutten. Tot slot heb je een belangrijke signalerende functie. Je brengt je kennis, situaties en mogelijke knelpunten uit de wijken en buurtschappen onder de aandacht van de juiste collega's en omgekeerd. Zo draag je bij aan een gemeente die zichtbaar en betrokken is en dicht bij haar inwoners staat. Wie zijn wij?
