Op zoek naar een betekenisvolle baan met afwisseling, waar je de ruimte krijgt om maatwerk te bieden aan je cliënten? Dit is de rol Als maatschappelijk werker bij Blijf Groep draag je actief bij aan het stoppen van huiselijk geweld. Je vergroot de veiligheid, weerbaarheid en zelfredzaamheid van cliënten - dat is een grote verantwoordelijkheid, maar je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers: - Je voert gesprekken met cliënten, collega's en ketenpartners - Je werkt systeemgericht wanneer de situatie dat toelaat - Je coacht cliënten en ondersteunt hen ook bij praktische zaken - Je werkt aan uiteenlopende casussen: van acute opvang tot langdurige begeleiding (max. 2 jaar) - Je overlegt regelmatig met je team, gedragsdeskundige en procesbegeleider over casuïstiek en kernbeslissingen - Je bewaakt de veiligheid, stelt prioriteiten en schakelt snel waar nodig Naast het werk is er ruimte voor verbinding. Lunchen doen we zoveel mogelijk samen, informeel, maar ook een moment om elkaar op de hoogte te houden. Je werkt in principe dagdiensten. Eén keer per 6-8 weken draai je een bereikbaarheids- of weekenddienst. Dit ben jij Ons team in Almere bestaat momenteel uit veel nieuwe collega's die volop in hun leerproces zitte...
