In Deventer werk je bij een internationaal opererend bedrijf in de Cosmetische Industrie. Als Machine Operator 2-Ploegendienst zorg je voor het bedienen en instellen van machines die verzorgingsproducten produceren. Je houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en verhelpt kleine storingen. Deze moderne productiefaciliteit in Deventer biedt volop ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling.

Wil jij als Machine Operator 2-Ploegendienst bijdragen aan de productie van cosmetische producten? Lees snel verder! Functie-inhoud: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van geautomatiseerde machines binnen de productie en bewaakt de voortgang van het proces - Je voert steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles uit om te zorgen dat de producten voldoen aan de vastgestelde specificaties - Je lost kleine technische storingen op en schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexere problemen - Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem en zorgt voor een goede overdracht tussen de ploegen - Je draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van de productieprocessen door suggesties te doen voor verbeteringen.

Functie-eisen: - Je hebt minimaal een mbo-diploma in een technische richting, zoals procestechniek of mechatronica - Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving en bent bekend met het werken met geautomatiseerde machines - Je kunt storingen signaleren en verhelpen, en je schakelt met de technische dienst bij complexe problemen - Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken en hebt geen bezwaar tegen wisselende diensten - Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en kunt nauwkeurige controles uitvoeren - Je bent een teamspeler die zelfstandig kan werken maar ook goed functioneert in groepsverband.
