Vacaturebeschrijving Als Machine Operator ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het productieproces. Met jouw technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat de machines optimaal functioneren en dat eventuele storingen snel worden verholpen. Neem jij graag initiatief en ben je klaar voor een uitdagende rol? Als Machine Operator zorg je ervoor dat de productiemachines goed draaien en het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je stelt machines in, houdt het proces in de gaten en grijpt in bij storingen of afwijkingen. Ook controleer je de kwaliteit van de producten en denk je mee over verbeteringen. Is de leidinggevende afwezig of is het extra druk? Dan neem jij het voortouw en help je het team om het werk goed te verdelen.

Dit ga je doen:- Productiemachines instellen en zorgen dat deze goed blijven draaien - Het productieproces bewaken, controles uitvoeren en de kwaliteit van de producten in de gaten houden - Signaleren van storingen en afwijkingen en zorgen dat deze snel worden opgelost - Meedenken over verbeteringen die het productieproces veiliger en efficiënter maken - Bij drukte of afwezigheid van de leidinggevende het voortouw nemen en helpen bij het verdelen van de werkzaamheden

Goed om te weten: In het najaar gaat de organisatie over van dagdienst naar verschoven diensten. Hierdoor werk je ongeveer eens per 2 tot 3 weken op zondag. Dit is geen extra werkdag, want je bent die week op een andere doordeweekse dag vrij. Voor de uren die je op zondag werkt, ontvang je 50% toeslag.
