IntroVoor een moderne producent binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zoeken wij een Operator die verantwoordelijkheid neemt over een compleet productieproces. Je werkt in een schone omgeving waar hygiëne, kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan. In deze rol bewaak je het proces, werk je nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen en zorg je ervoor dat de lijn optimaal presteert. Je houdt van afwisseling, schakelt snel en voelt je prettig in een dynamische foodomgeving. FunctieomschrijvingAls Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten draaien van jouw lijn of afdeling. Je bedient, stelt en bouwt machines om, bewaakt de kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt samen met collega‑operators, kwaliteitsmedewerkers en de technische dienst om het proces veilig en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Je zorgt voor duidelijke registraties, een nette werkplek en naleving van alle voedselveiligheidseisen. Wat je gaat doen: - Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productie‑ en verpakkingsmachines - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bewaken van productspecificaties - Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen en storingen - Samenwerken met collega’s van productie, kwaliteit en techniek - Monitoren van procesprestaties en bijsturen waar nodig - Zorgen voor een veilige, hygiënische en georganiseerde werkomgeving - Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen

Je kunt goed schakelen, houdt overzicht en vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen over een complete lijn of afdeling.
