Ben jij technisch onderlegd en op zoek naar een uitdagende rol in de staalbouw? In deze functie als machine operator krijg je de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en een belangrijke schakel te zijn in het productieproces. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als machine operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig bedienen van onze machines. Je begint met het inlezen van technische tekeningen, laadt het juiste materiaal in en bewerkt het volgens de gestelde eisen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit altijd voldoet aan de hoge normen en begeleidt de deelconstructies naar de volgende afdeling. Daarnaast registreer je je werkzaamheden via scans en voer je klein onderhoud uit aan de machines om ze in topconditie te houden. In deze rol werk je in een 2-ploegendienst, waarbij je de ene week in de vroege dienst werkt en de andere week in de late dienst. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen € 2.600,- en € 3.650,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring). - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen op fulltime basis. - De mogelijkheid om ADV-dagen om te zetten in extra salaris. - Een winstafhankelijke bonusregeling na 12 maanden dienstverband. - Een open en informele werksfeer waarin iedereen wordt gewaardeerd. - Collectieve zorgverzekering en personeelsactiviteiten. - Ploegentoeslag van 15%.
