Dan is deze functie als Machine Operator in 3-ploegendienst iets voor jou.Als Machine Operator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen optimaal blijven draaien, machines correct zijn ingesteld en de kwaliteit van de producten gewaarborgd blijft. Je werkt samen met een enthousiast team en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Functieomschrijving: Wat ga je doen?Als Machine Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en controleren van verschillende productiemachines.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Instellen, bedienen en bijstellen van productiemachines. • Controleren en bewaken van het productieproces. • Ombouwen van machines bij productwisselingen. • Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig bijsturen. • Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen. • Samenwerken met de Technische Dienst bij complexere storingen. • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en controleren van producten. • Registreren van productiegegevens in het systeem. • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften. • Schoon en georganiseerd houden van de machines en werkomgeving. • Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Werken in 3-ploegendienstJe werkt volgens een vast ploegenschema: • 05:45 – 14:00 uur • 13:45 – 22:00 uur • 21:45 – 06:00 uur Je bent bereid om in een gekoelde productieomgeving te werken.
