Wat ga je precies doen Als machineoperator draag je bij aan een soepel en efficiënt productieproces binnen een klein team van 3–5 collega’s. Je combineert technisch inzicht met nauwkeurigheid om machines zelfstandig te bedienen, storingen op te lossen en de kwaliteit van de producten te waarborgen. In deze rol werk je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, met volop ruimte om te leren en te groeien. Wat je gaat doen: - Bedienen: zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van meerdere productiemachines; - Bewaken: controleren van het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde producten; - Oplossen: zelfstandig verhelpen van eenvoudige storingen aan de machines; - Afstellen: aanpassen van kleine matrijzen om de gewenste productkwaliteit te waarborgen; - Samenwerken: ondersteunen van collega’s en bijdragen aan een goede teamdynamiek.

Functie-eisen We zoeken een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige operator met technisch inzicht, die graag bijdraagt aan een soepel productieproces in een klein team. - MBO 4-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. - Ervaring met bedienen van meerdere productiemachines. - Machines instellen, bedienen en storingen zelfstandig oplossen. - Basiskennis Engels voor het lezen van handleidingen. - Teamspeler met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
