Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van kunststofkorrels die worden gebruikt in sectoren zoals automotive, luchtvaart en bouw. Samen met een hecht team van 5-10 collega's werk je in een veilige en gestructureerde omgeving, waar je continu wordt uitgedaagd om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van extrusiemachines. - Aan- en afvoeren van grondstoffen en halffabricaten met behulp van een heftruck. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces. - Oplossen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud. - Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkplek volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften. Wat we je bieden - Salaris tussen €3.020 en €3.870 bruto per maand (inclusief 20,8% ploegentoeslag). - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren. - Fulltime functie in een 3-ploegendienst (37,5 uur per week). - Kosteloos opleidingen en cursussen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld senior operator binnen een moderne productieomgeving. - 25 vakantiedagen, 8,33% vakantiegeld en een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km.
