Deze organisatie werkt in de maakindustrie en richt zich op efficiënte en veilige productieprocessen. Je verzorgt het volledige traject van ontvangst van grondstoffen, productie, kwaliteitscontrole tot expeditie. Je werkt met geautomatiseerde en semi-geautomatiseerde lijnen die grondstoffen verwerken tot eindproducten. De organisatie stimuleert medewerkers om kleine technische interventies uit te voeren en problemen tijdig te melden. De functie van Machineoperator is voor 40 uur per week met een salaris van €2600 - €4000 per maand. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor training on-the-job en doorgroeien naar technische rollen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt productiemachines in en voert productieorders nauwkeurig uit. - Je voert productieorders in, controleert labels en registratie voor Big Bales en Big Bags en legt alles administratief vast. - Je bedient de heftruck voor het aan- en afvoeren van pallets en het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en containers. - Je voert kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en eenvoudige storingsdiagnoses uit aan de persmachine om productiestilstand te beperken. - Je reinigt bunkers, houdt rollerbanen vrij, meldt afwijkingen direct en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen in de productie.

Functie-eisen - MBO in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving of met het bedienen van productiemachines. - Praktische technische vaardigheden en basiskennis van mechanica en eenvoudige storingsdiagnose. - In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen. - Oog voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid; je werkt gestructureerd en meldt afwijkingen direct. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Bereidheid om 40 uur per week te werken.
