Functieomschrijving: Als machineoperator draag jij de verantwoordelijkheid voor het soepele verloop van de productielijn. Je geeft aanwijzingen aan je collega's en ondersteunt hen waar nodig. Het instellen en ombouwen van de machines behoort tot jouw dagelijkse takenpakket.

Je voert regelmatig controles uit om de kwaliteit hoog te houden. Ook doe je onderhoud en maak je de apparatuur schoon. Loopt de productie volgens planning? Dan heb jij je werk goed gedaan. Bij een storing weet jij precies wat je moet doen om het probleem op te lossen. Je houdt de administratie bij en verwerkt afval op de juiste manier. Veiligheid is erg belangrijk, dus je ziet er altijd op toe dat iedereen volgens de regels werkt.
