De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een praktische productieomgeving waar medewerkers in compacte teams verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse productie van portieverpakkingen, zoals kleine doseringen van grondstoffen. Veiligheid en productkwaliteit zijn essentieel, met nadruk op kwaliteitscontroles en het vastleggen van productiegegevens voor traceerbaarheid. Er is aandacht voor procesoptimalisatie en technische verbeteringen om efficiëntie te verhogen en stilstand te verminderen. Medewerkers krijgen praktijkgerichte begeleiding en mogelijkheden voor vakgerichte opleidingen om door te groeien binnen de maakindustrie. Salaris: €2600 - €4500 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je zorgt voor het soepel laten verlopen van de productielijnen. - Je bedient en monitort verpakkingsmachines voor een continue productie. - Je stelt machines in en voert productwissels en afstellingen uit. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en bewaakt de productkwaliteit. - Je lost technische storingen op en voert klein onderhoud uit om stilstand te minimaliseren. - Je registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Je bedient PLC-gestuurde verpakkingslijnen in een high-volume, food-grade omgeving met 3 lijnen en werkt samen met 2 tot 3 operators per dienst waarbij je full line responsibility draagt.

Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met verpakkingsmachines is een pré, bij voorkeur in de food-sector. - Technisch inzicht en hands-on mentaliteit. - Oog voor detail en kwaliteitsbewustzijn. - Probleemoplossend vermogen en zelfstandigheid. - Heftruckcertificaat gewenst. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
