Deze organisatie is actief binnen de maakindustrie en voert serieproductie uit voor diverse industriële toepassingen. Je werkt met moderne productielijnen en gestandaardiseerde processen om continuïteit en rendement te waarborgen. In een productieomgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteitscontrole centraal staan, bedien en onderhoud je machines. De functie vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, een praktische instelling en het vermogen snel te reageren op procesafwijkingen. Voor deze positie geldt een salarisrange van €2800 - €4200 per maand bij een werkweek van 40 uur. Je krijgt begeleiding tijdens een gestructureerd inwerktraject en er zijn mogelijkheden om technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen binnen de productieorganisatie. Het team bestaat uit operators en technische collega’s die samenwerken aan efficiënte productieprocessen en continue verbetering. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, stelt in en onderhoudt machines volgens de productieorders. - Je stelt machineparameters in en bewaakt de productkwaliteit; afwijkingen pak je direct op. - Je bedient en controleert de productielijn gedurende je dienst en zorgt voor continuïteit in de productie. - Je registreert productietijden en procesparameters en rapporteert afwijkingen tijdig aan de leidinggevende. - Je voert basisonderhoud uit en verhelpt kleine storingen om de uptime van de lijn te vergroten. - Je draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen en optimaliseert bewerkingen samen met collega’s.

Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - 0-2 jaar ervaring in productie of als machineoperator (junior niveau). - Vaardigheid in het instellen van machines, lezen van productieorders en registreren van procesparameters. - Basiskennis van mechanische en elektrische onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het oplossen van eenvoudige storingen. - Nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn; ervaring met het melden van afwijkingen. - Bereidheid om 40 uur per week te werken en verantwoordelijkh
