Het team bestaat uit procesoperators, engineers en technische specialisten die nauw samenwerken aan continue verbetering van de productielijnen en processen. De werksfeer kenmerkt zich door kennisdeling en een gestructureerde aanpak. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan technische ontwikkeling en opleiding. Je werkt in een omgeving waar procesoptimalisatie en innovatie centraal staan, met ruimte om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving Als Steller draag je zorg voor het technisch instellen, afstellen en controleren van geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Je waarborgt de specificaties van de eindproducten door nauwkeurige aflezing van technische tekeningen en instructies. In deze functie functioneer je als technisch aanspreekpunt voor Operators en Productieleiding. Een werkdag start met het uitvoeren van controlemetingen en het instellen van nieuwe productieseries. Je controleert procesparameters, voert kalibraties uit en registreert resultaten in het productiebeheersysteem. Je analyseert afwijkingen en rapporteert deze volgens de geldende kwaliteitsprocedures. Gedurende de dag instrueer en begeleid je Operators bij het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Technisch instellen en afstellen van productielijnen - Uitvoeren van proces- en productcontroles - Kalibreren en controleren van meetapparatuur - Opleiden en begeleiden van Operators - Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen - Waarborgen van orde, netheid en onderhoud - Handhaven van ARBO-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen Functie-eisen - mbo werk- en denkniveau, richting technie...
