Als teamleider van het magazijn, werk je in nauwe samenwerking met de magazijnmedewerkers binnen een opslagfaciliteit waar kabels, leidingen, hulpmiddelen en handgereedschappen worden beheerd. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel aansturen van het team, waarbij coaching en begeleiding van groot belang zijn. Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten en coördineert alle processen, waarbij je zelf ook actief meewerkt. Bovendien zorg je ervoor dat de werkinstructies strikt worden nageleefd en dat er een veilige en geordende werkomgeving wordt gehandhaafd. Dankzij jou en je team wordt de magazijnvoorraad te allen tijde op peil gehouden en je houdt een nauwgezet overzicht van de inkomende goederen, opgeslagen items en uitgegeven materialen. Als je kansen ziet om de magazijnprocessen te verbeteren, deel je jouw ideeën met de logistiek manager en werk je samen aan het implementeren van oplossingen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een succesvol afgeronde mbo-opleiding of vergelijkbare praktische ervaring. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende rol (extra ervaring is een pluspunt). - Een proactieve instelling met een focus op het vinden van oplossingen. - Uitmuntend oog voor detail en de tevredenheid van (interne) klanten. - Een toewijding aan veilig werken, met aandacht voor de gezondheid en veiligheid van zowel collega's als jezelf, zodat iedereen na het werk veilig thuiskomt.
