Ben jij op zoek naar een logistieke functie met doorgroeimogelijkheden? Voor Marmo in Diest, actief in de voedingssector, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde logistiek medewerker die wil meegroeien en op termijn kan doorgroeien naar ploegverantwoordelijke.

Je start in een uitvoerende rol en leert stap voor stap het magazijn, de producten en de processen kennen. Toon je inzet en verantwoordelijkheidszin? Dan breid je je takenpakket geleidelijk uit met administratieve en coördinerende taken. Je werkt in een gekoelde omgeving (0°C tot 5°C).

Fase 1 – Logistiek & productkennis

  • Correct stockeren van verpakte producten en zorgen voor orde en netheid in het magazijn
  • Orderpicking per klant (manueel en via de lijn)
  • Etiketteren van goederen en uitvoeren van specifieke kratwegingen
  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens

Fase 2 – Administratie & receptie

  • Receptie en controle van inkomende goederen
  • Administratieve verwerking (o.a. vervoersdocumenten en CMR’s)
  • Ondersteunen van de ploeg en meewerken aan een vlot logistiek verloop
  • Geleidelijk doorgroeien naar een meer verantwoordelijke en coördinerende rol
  • Je hebt interesse in logistiek en bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands
  • Werken in een gekoelde omgeving schrikt je niet af
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (sporadisch zaterdagwerk - in beurtrol)
