Heb jij ervaring in een magazijnomgeving, maar zoek je een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling dan puur orderpicken? Ben je administratief sterk, werk je graag georganiseerd en denk je actief mee over hoe processen beter kunnen? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Jouw taken als Magazijnmedewerker

  • Je ontvangt, controleert en registreert inkomende goederen.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen en orders administratief op.
  • Je registreert producten, materialen en voorraadlocaties.
  • Je verzamelt en maakt materialen klaar voor productie, montage en projecten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen een vaste en logische locatie krijgen.
  • Je richt magazijnrekken in en staat in voor een duidelijke ordening en labeling.
  • Je voert periodieke voorraadtellingen uit en volgt eventuele verschillen op.
  • Je helpt mee met het stap voor stap implementeren en onderhouden van de 5S-methodiek.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkprocessen volgens Lean-principes.
  • Je waakt over orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn.
  • Je geeft informatie over bestellingen en inkomende goederen tijdig door aan de projectleiding en andere betrokken afdelingen.

Je bent dus niet enkel bezig met het verplaatsen van goederen. Je krijgt een belangrijke rol in het structureren, organiseren en optimaliseren van het magazijn.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een magazijn, logistieke of technische omgeving.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief voldoende sterk om bestellingen, voorraad en registraties correct op te volgen.
  • Je hebt een gestructureerde en organisatorische ingesteldheid.
  • Je ziet werk en wacht niet af tot iemand zegt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk dat een magazijn ordelijk, overzichtelijk en veilig is.
  • Ervaring met 5S, Lean of voorraadbeheer is een mooie plus.
  • Je bent communicatief en kan vlot schakelen met collega's van productie, montage en projectleiding.
  • Je bent bereid om mee na te denken over procesverbeteringen.
