Hou jij ervan als alles in een magazijn klopt én weet je waarom een goede registratie belangrijk is?

Als magazijnier in Houthalen-Helchteren krijg je een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid: jij helpt mee om structuur te brengen in het magazijn en legt zo mee de basis voor een toekomstig ERP-systeem.

Je krijgt dus niet zomaar een sleutel van het magazijn. Je krijgt vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid.

Functie-inhoud Je komt terecht in een technisch productiebedrijf dat metaal- en aluminiumwerken realiseert voor zowel de openbare als de privésector. Denk aan staalconstructies, schrijnwerk, trappenbouw, mastenbouw en gevelbekleding.

Als magazijnier zorg jij ervoor dat de artikelen correct en overzichtelijk geregis

  • Je brengt de artikelen in kaart en geeft ze de correcte benaming van de leverancier. Zo weet iedereen exact over welk artikel het gaat.
  • Je geeft elk artikel een duidelijke artikelcode. Dat zorgt voor een logische en bruikbare structuur.
  • Je registreert de artikelen nauwkeurig in de interne app. Zo wordt de informatie digitaal beschikbaar.
  • Je geeft ieder artikel een vaste locatie. Daardoor kan alles snel en logisch teruggevonden worden.
  • Je denkt mee over de structuur van het magazijn en helpt zo de basis te leggen voor het toekomstige ERP-systeem.

Geen magazijnwerk op automatische piloot dus. Je bouwt mee aan de manier waarop het magazijn in de toekomst georganiseerd wordt.

Je werkt graag zelfstandig en houdt ervan wanneer informatie klopt. Een artikel onder de verkeerde naam registreren? Daar krijg jij geen voldoening van. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en begrijpt dat een correcte registratie vandaag later heel wat zoekwerk voorkomt.

Must-haves

  • Je hebt ervaring als magazijnier of in een gelijkaardige logistieke functie.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen taken.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor correcte registratie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem of digitale magazijnregistratie.

Nice-to-haves

  • Je hebt al ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt interesse in het optimaliseren en structureren van magazijnprocessen.
