Je komt terecht bij een actief familiebedrijf met vestigingen in over West en Oost-Vlaanderen. De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in natuursteen en verdeelt hoogwaardige producten voor toepassingen zoals douches en zwembaden. Met een sterke aanwezigheid in de Benelux en enkele landen daar buiten staat het bedrijf bekend om zijn betrouwbare service en kwaliteitsvolle afwerking. In Gavere werk je in hoofdzakelijk in de buitenomgeving, waar de zwaardere materialen toekomen, verwerkt en verzonden worden.

Het team bestaat uit collega’s die elkaar kennen, aanspreken en ondersteunen. De werksfeer is no-nonsense, met veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid. Regelmatig worden er interne momenten georganiseerd zoals een eindejaarsdrink, om het groepsgevoel te versterken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Begin jouw dag met het besturen van een rolbrug waarmee je zware stukken verplaatst, laadt en lost.
  • Neem de leiding over jouw werkzone en zorg dat de buitenomgeving ordelijk, veilig en overzichtelijk blijft.
  • Vertrouw op jouw oog voor detail tijdens het uitvoeren van visuele kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Werk actief mee aan een veilig terrein door risico’s tijdig te signaleren en actie te ondernemen waar nodig.
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug of de motivatie om dit snel aan te leren.
  • Een heftruckattest is mooi meegenomen, geen vereiste!
  • Werken in weer en wind schrikt je niet af, buitenwerk ligt je.
  • Zelfstandig werken gaat je goed af, maar je bent ook een teamspeler.
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
