The posting

Als Verantwoordelijke Logistieke Afdeling sta je in voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van jouw team en zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke processen foutloos verlopen. Je combineert people management met administratieve en organisatorische verantwoordelijkheden.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het logistieke team.
  • Toezien op correcte etikettering, afwerking en picking van alle orders.
  • Dagelijkse organisatie van de registratie en ingave van bestellingen en leveringen.
  • In samenwerking met de logistieke assistent(e) instaan voor: het maken van losafspraken, de opmaak van transportplanningen, een transportverloop binnen budget.
  • Tijdig afstemmen met de productieafdeling om prioriteiten te bepalen bij tijdsgebonden leveringen.
  • Selecteren, opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers binnen de afdeling.
  • Actief meewerken wanneer nodig – initiatief en betrokkenheid worden gewaardeerd.

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in logistiek of leidinggeven, maar motivatie en leerbereidheid wegen mee.

Je kent de basisprincipes van logistiek beheer en volgt de hygiëneregels nauwkeurig op.

Je kan goed overweg met computers, MS Office en bij voorkeur een ERP-systeem.

Je denkt logisch, plant vooruit en behoudt overzicht in drukke momenten.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus.

Je bent flexibel in werkuren en taakinhoud, afhankelijk van seizoensdrukte.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de correcte uitvoering van alle uitgaande bestellingen.

Je bent sterk in samenwerken en intern afstemmen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.

Je kan een team meenemen in jouw visie en medewerkers motiveren.
