The posting

Als Maintenance Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het curatief en preventief onderhoud van de site. Jouw focus ligt op het aansturen van de techniekers en het opmaken en opvolgen van de dagdagelijkse planning.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • je coacht en stuurt het technisch team van 10 personen aan
  • je organiseert de werkplaats en het werkmateriaal op een efficiënte en veilige manier
  • je staat in voor de werkvoorbereiding van weekend- en nachtwerk
  • je bereidt werkzaamheden tijdens sluitingsweken voor en coördineert deze
  • je plaatst bestellingen en volgt leveringen nauwgezet op
  • je ontvangt goederen en controleert deze op kwaliteit en volledigheid
  • je beheert het technisch magazijn en volgt de stock op, inclusief het uitwerken van een efficiënt magazijnbeheersysteem
  • je plant, coördineert en volgt wettelijke en interne keuringen op (elektriciteit, gas, hef- en hijsmateriaal, batterijen, balansen)
  • je plaatst bestellingen via purchase orders volgens de geldende procedures
  • je rapporteert aan de Supervisor Maintenance
  • je hebt een technische achtergrond in elektromechanica, via een (bachelor)opleiding of ervaring
  • je combineert graag technisch meewerken met werkvoorbereiding, planning en administratieve opvolging
  • je werkt autonoom en gestructureerd, met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en bewaart het overzicht
  • je werkt vlot samen met collega’s en externe partners
  • naast het Nederlands kan je je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • interesse in programmeren, robotica en automatisering is mooi meegenomen, net als kennis van Autocad en 3D tekenen
