Als Maintenance Engineer ben jij de stabiele basis van een productievloer die soepel blijft draaien. Wanneer machines uitvallen, ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles weer snel draait — maar nog belangrijker: jij zorgt ervoor dat storingen zo veel mogelijk voorkomen worden. Je combineert praktische technische vaardigheden met een gestructureerde aanpak: je lost problemen niet alleen op, je voorkomt ze.

Dit ga je doen:

- Productieapparatuur in topconditie houden en ongeplande stilstand verminderen - Preventieve onderhoudsschema's opstellen en uitvoeren - De onderliggende oorzaak van storingen achterhalen, in plaats van symptomen te bestrijden - Technische bevindingen vertalen naar duidelijke documentatie en praktische verbeterplannen - De uitrol en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe apparatuur ondersteunen - Werken met besturingssoftware voor productiemachines - Samenwerken met productie, management en andere afdelingen, zowel bij de dagelijkse operatie als bij langetermijnverbeteringen op het gebied van betrouwbaarheid - Faciliteit- en utiliteitssystemen monitoren om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen

- Een mbo 4-achtergrond in Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde (of gelijkwaardige ervaring) - Bewezen ervaring in een onderhoudsfunctie binnen een productieomgeving - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Flexibiliteit om in ploegendienst te werken of in een dagdienst deel te nemen aan een storingsdienst - Bereidheid om af en toe te reizen voor trainingen of bezoeken aan andere vestigingen - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een samenwerkingsgerichte instelling
