Je werkt aan het optimaliseren van installatietechniek in gebouwen door heel Nederland. Soms adviseer je al tijdens ontwerp of realisatie; meestal zorg je ervoor dat installaties tijdens hun volledige levensduur betrouwbaar, efficiënt en veilig blijven functioneren. Dit ga je doen - Je draagt bij aan het klantgericht implementeren van assetmanagement‑processen, onderhoudsconcepten en ondersteunende systemen. - Je zorgt voor een optimaal functionerend onderhoudsmanagementsysteem, inclusief configuratiebeheer. - Je adviseert klanten over instandhoudingsconcepten en vertaalt hun wensen naar slimme, duurzame en onderbouwde oplossingen. - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van offertes en contracten, waarbij je precies de juiste balans vindt tussen techniek, risico's en klantbehoeften. - Je werkt mee aan innovatie, kennisdeling en continu verbeteren - binnen het team én richting klanten. - Je werkt volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften en levert een actieve bijdrage aan een gezonde en veilige werkomgeving.
