Als Maintenance Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het beheren en verbeteren van belangrijke technische installaties binnen de industrie- en servicesector. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere het opstellen en uitvoeren van asset-managementstrategieën op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde, het identificeren en beperken van risico's voor continuïteit, het beheren van budgetten zoals OPEX en CAPEX, en het coördineren van onderhoudscontracten met externe leveranciers. Dankzij jouw innovatieve aanpak en gerichtheid op kwaliteit lever je een essentiële bijdrage aan een betrouwbare infrastructuur en optimale prestaties. In nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe partners benut je jouw analytische vaardigheden en creativiteit om technische uitdagingen om te zetten in duurzame oplossingen. Functie-eisen Wij zijn op zoek naar een Maintenance Engineer met solide kennis en relevante ervaring die aansluit bij ons profiel. Je bent een vakman met: - Een afgeronde technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar specialisme - 5 tot 10 jaar werkervaring in onderhoudsbeheer binnen een industriële omgeving - Kennis van systemen zoals Ultimo, SAP en Power BI, en ervaring met digitale werkorders - Een sterk analytisch vermogen en een innovatieve aanpak om complexe uitdagingen aan te gaan - Ervaring in het werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams in een dynamische context Daarnaast ben je gericht op kwaliteit, resultaatgedreven en in staat om strategische beslissingen te nemen die het verschil maken.
