The posting

Bij een producent van aramidepolymeren in Delfzijl werk je als Maintenance Engineer WTB aan de betrouwbaarheid van chemische procesinstallaties. Je bewaakt de balans tussen technische beschikbaarheid, onderhoudskosten en risico’s. Als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor installatiebeheer vertaal je de conditie van equipment naar onderhoudsconcepten en verbetermaatregelen. Daarbij houd je rekening met wettelijke verplichtingen, veiligheid en de levensduur van installaties. De positie loopt voorlopig tot 31 maart 2027. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je complexe storingen, beheer je onderhoudsplannen in SAP en bereid je onderhoud tijdens stops en turnarounds voor. Je werkt binnen een team van acht collega’s, stemt af met andere technische disciplines en rapporteert aan de teamleider Maintenance Engineering. Bij nieuwbouw, ombouw en modificaties breng je onderhoudsexpertise in. Met RCA, FMECA en LEAN verdiep je je vakkennis en maak je verbeteringen concreet, ondersteund door trainingen en coaching. Functie-inhoud - Bewaak technische beschikbaarheid, onderhoudskosten en naleving van wettelijke en zorgplichtige onderhoudsactiviteiten. - Analyseer de conditie van equipment en vertaal bevindingen naar langetermijnonderhouds- en investeringsplannen. - Beheer preventieve onderhoudsplannen en werkzaamheden voor stops en turnarounds in SAP. - Onderzoek complexe storingen met root cause analyses en implementeer structurele verbeteringen. - Initieer wijzigingsverzoeken binnen de Management of Change-procedure en begeleid waar passend projecten. - Ontwikkel onderhoudsconcepten voor nieuwbouw, ombouw en modificaties samen met multidisciplinaire projectteams. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde technische hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur werktuigbouwkunde of technische bedrijfskunde. - Relevante ervaring met onderhoudstechnologie en onderhoudsmanagement in een productieomgeving, inclusief toestandsafhankelijk en predictief onderhoud. - Ervaring met RCA, FMECA en assetmanagement of lifecycle.
