De functie inhoud Als Maintenance Manager in Menen zorg je voor een betrouwbaar en efficiënt onderhoudsbeleid:

  • Optimaliseren en bewaken van de beschikbaarheid van het machinepark en de gebouwen.
  • Opstellen van een preventief onderhoudsplan en opvolging hiervan via het Ultimo-softwarepakket.
  • Beheren van het voorraadbeheer van wisselstukken en onderdelen.
  • Afstemmen van de onderhoudsplanning met productie en planning om de continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Leidinggeven aan een team van vijf techniekers in een 2-ploegensysteem, inclusief coaching en ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Waarborgen van een veilige uitvoering van alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica en heeft minstens drie jaar ervaring in onderhoudsbeheer, waardoor een stevige technische basis aanwezig is.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is een pluspunt, met het vermogen om een team te motiveren en richting te geven.
  • Passie voor mechanica en elektriciteit zorgt voor een brede inzetbaarheid binnen het onderhoudsbeleid.
  • Sterk in peoplemanagement en communicatief vaardig, waardoor samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen vlot verloopt.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig, met een positieve instelling die bijdraagt aan een motiverende werkomgeving.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels en Frans, waardoor communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders geen obstakel vormt.
