Een onderhoudsafdeling draait pas écht efficiënt wanneer techniek, planning en people management naadloos samenkomen. In deze rol ligt de focus niet alleen op het technisch waarborgen van installaties, maar vooral op het creëren van structuur, veiligheid en een performante onderhoudsorganisatie.

De functie situeert zich binnen een industriële terminalomgeving waar betrouwbaarheid van installaties, wettelijke conformiteit en operationele continuïteit essentieel zijn. Onderhoudsactiviteiten hebben een directe impact op veiligheid, beschikbaarheid en operationele prestaties.

Als Maintenance Supervisor stuur je een team techniekers aan, coördineer je externe contractors en vorm je de brug tussen technische dienst en operations. Je krijgt een zichtbare rol in onderhoudsoptimalisatie, investerings- en verbeterprojecten en de verdere professionalisering van de onderhoudsorganisatie.

Maintenance Supervisor - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je coördineert en superviseert onderhoudsactiviteiten van techniekers en externe partners, waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en naleving van procedures centraal staan.
  • Je analyseert technische uitdagingen, volgt verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten op en vertaalt inspectierapporten naar concrete acties die de betrouwbaarheid van installaties versterken.
  • Je ontwikkelt het team via coaching, opleidingsplannen en performantie-opvolging en werkt nauw samen met operations om preventief en curatief onderhoud optimaal af te stemmen op de dagelijkse activiteiten.

Maintenance Supervisor - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare technische richting en hebt relevante ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen onderhoud of technische dienstverlening en weet techniekers op een positieve en resultaatgerichte manier aan te sturen.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels; ervaring met ERP-systemen en onderhoudssoftware vormt een duidelijke meerwaarde.
