Op zoek naar een technisch leidinggevende functie binnen de productie? Ben jij een ervaren technieker die een stap hogerop wil of heb je al ervaring als teamleader van onderhoudstechniekers?

Als supervisor technische dienst stuur je een team van techniekers aan en zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerken, storingen en technische projecten efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met leidinggevende vaardigheden en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen productie en techniek.

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van een team techniekers
  • Opstellen van onderhoudsplanningen en opvolgen van werkorders
  • Analyseren van storingen en meewerken aan technische verbeterprojecten

Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van de technische dienst en zorgt ervoor dat interventies veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief verlopen. Daarnaast ondersteun je jouw team bij technische uitdagingen en zorg je voor een duidelijke structuur binnen onderhoudsplanning, documentatie en opvolging. Dankzij jouw organisatievermogen en technische kennis draag je actief bij aan de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark en de verdere optimalisatie van de productieomgeving.

  • Technisch diploma & ervaring in een productieomgeving als technieker
  • Sterke kennis mechanica en elektriciteit
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels
