Jouw rol Als Maintenance Supervisor Werktuigbouwkunde ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen jouw vakgebied. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en levert daarmee een directe bijdrage aan de beschikbaarheid van onze installaties en de continuïteit van de productie. - Je coördineert en stuurt de dagelijkse uitvoering van preventief, correctief en storingsonderhoud aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties aan. - Je vertaalt de onderhoudsplanning naar een efficiënte dagplanning en bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten. - Je geeft leiding aan een team van 3 technici en ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling, vakmanschap en samenwerking. - Je stuurt externe contractoren aan en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken en zorgt voor een effectieve afstemming met Operations, Engineering en contractors. - Je coördineert werkzaamheden aan onder andere pompen, afsluiters, leidingwerk, warmtewisselaars, drukapparatuur en rotating equipment. - Je draagt actief bij aan het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en prestaties van onze installaties door verbeterinitiatieven en root cause analyses te ondersteunen. - Je stimuleert een sterke veiligheidscultuur en ziet erop toe dat alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de geldende veiligheids-, mi...
