Wij ondersteunen productiebedrijven met innovatieve technologieën, automatiseringsoplossingen en technische expertise om hun productieprocessen efficiënter en toekomstbestendig te maken.

Door onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Management Assistant.

Als Management Assistant ben je de spil tussen de directie, collega's, klanten en leveranciers.

FUNCTIE & VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een brede waaier aan administratieve, organisatorische en coördinerende taken, waaronder:

  • Ondersteuning directie: beheren van agenda's en contacten. organiseren en voorbereiden vergaderingen. voorbereiden presentaties, rapporten en andere documenten. voorbereiden offertes en openbare aanbestedingen.
  • Organisatie & coördinatie: organiseren zakenreizen (vluchten, hotels, transport,..) coördineren van beurzen, evenementen en Open-House dagen opvolgen van planning en prioriteiten van directie
  • ERP & digitalisering: Beheren en optimaliseren van het ERP-systeem Ridder iQ en de bijhorende app. Ondersteunen en opleiden van collega's in het gebruik van het ERP-systeem. Fungeren als back-up voor de aankoop- en verkoopadministratie.

PROFIELGEBONDEN COMPETENTIES:

Je bent een organisatorisch talent dat graag initiatief neemt en overzicht bewaart, ook wanneer het druk is.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor in Office Management, Directiesecretariaat of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Een basiskennis van het Duits is een plus.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook en PowerPoint).
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Ridder iQ is een sterke troef.
