Je werkt in Den Haag in een dynamische omgeving, nauw samen met andere assistenten binnen verschillende ministeries. - Beheer je proactief complexe agenda's en stem je afspraken zorgvuldig af met interne en externe partijen; - Coördineer en bereid je vergaderingen voor, inclusief stukken, notulen en opvolging van actiepunten; - Beheer je inkomende en uitgaande communicatie en bewaak je prioriteiten en deadlines; - Ondersteun je projecten en evenementen door planning, afstemming en praktische organisatie te verzorgen; - Schakel je flexibel bij ad-hoc verzoeken en veranderingen in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 4.800 bruto per maand op basis van 36uur; - Op ZZP-basis een uurtarief tot maximaal € 75,- per uur; - Opdrachten tussen de 24 en 36 uur per week (parttime en fulltime); - Een tijdelijke opdrachtduur tussen de 3 en 12 maanden, met de mogelijkheid op verlenging en doorstroom naar een volgende opdracht; - Reiskostenvergoeding of volledige OV-vergoeding. Dit ben jij Je bent een ervaren Management Assistant die discreet, taalvaardig en stevig in een bestuurlijke omgeving staat. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Management Assistant binnen de overheid; - Mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting officemanagement; - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; - Woonachtig in regio Den Haag of bereid dagelijks te reizen; - Ervaring met iBabs of...
