Management assistent Helmond Interiors 32 - 40 uur HBO Een probleem dat niemand had zien aankomen, heb jij al opgelost voordat iemand ernaar hoefde te vragen. Als management assistent in Helmond zorg jij dat de operationeel en commercieel managers van Interiors en Turnkey hun aandacht kunnen richten op hun projecten en klanten, terwijl jij alles eromheen soepel laat lopen. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt het management team van Interiors en Turnkey en zorgt dat het kantoor achter de schermen goed draait. Het is een hands-on functie: naast je vaste taken schakel je moeiteloos mee met wat de dag ad hoc van je vraagt. Jij houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het beheren van de mailboxen en agenda's van het managementteam en het bewaken van prioriteiten. - Het voorbereiden van afspraken en overleggen, inclusief het verzamelen van documenten en het opvolgen van actiepunten. - Het opstellen van management rapportages en het bewaken van KPI's. - Het functioneel aansturen van het receptieteam van drie collega's en zorgen voor een goede taakverdeling. - Het coördineren van facilitaire zaken op kantoor, van schoonmaak en kantine tot klimaatbeheersing en kantoorartikelen. - Het organiseren van interne en externe events, van planning tot uitvoering. - Het organiseren van de introductieweek voor nieuwe medewerkers.
