Achmea Pensioenservices voert pensioenregelingen uit voor ondernemingspensioenfondsen, beroepspensioenfondsen, vrijwillige bedrijfstakpensioenfondsen en Centraal Beheer APF. Met onze expertise zorgen wij dagelijks voor een betrouwbare en zorgvuldige uitvoering van pensioenregelingen voor duizenden deelnemers. Het secretariaat ondersteunt de directie en senior managers van Achmea Pensioenservices. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de dynamiek is hoog en je schakelt continu tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en prioriteiten. Binnen het team heerst een prettige werksfeer en collega's zijn loyaal, betrokken en staan voor elkaar klaar. Wij zoeken een proactieve, zelfstandige management assistent die veel verantwoordelijkheden aankan en de directie optimaal ondersteunt. Je bent een onmisbare schakel binnen de organisatie en weet overzicht te houden, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt. Je denkt vooruit, signaleert kansen en handelt waar nodig zelfstandig. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Complex agenda- en mailboxbeheer voor de directie - Voorbereiden van interne en externe vergaderingen - Organiseren van bijeenkomsten en projectvergaderingen - Bewaken van voortgang en coördinatie van gemaakte afspraken - Zelfstandig verzorgen van (vertrouwelijke) correspondentie - Beoordelen van mail en post en signaleren van belangrijke onderwerpen - Zelfstandig afhandelen van spoedeisende zaken en terugkoppelen van besluiten - Verzorgen van Facility-aanvragen - Correcte verwerking van facturen - Intensieve samenwerking met collega's binnen het secretariaat De afdeling Achmea Pensioenservices voert pensioenregelingen uit voor ondernemingspensioen...
