Onze opdrachtgever is een groeiend bedrijf in de gezondheids- en wellnessbranche dat producten ontwikkelt voor mensen die bewust bezig zijn met hoe ze er van binnen en buiten uitzien. Het team is compact, de lijnen zijn kort en er is altijd wel iets nieuws: een productlancering, een nieuwe samenwerking of een uitbreiding naar het buitenland.

Voor die groei zoeken ze nu een Management Assistent die niet alleen het management ontlast, maar ook zelf verantwoordelijkheid pakt voor inkoop, logistiek en administratie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen het management, leveranciers en het magazijn. Concreet houdt dat in dat je inkooporders plaatst en bewaakt, voorraadniveaus in de gaten houdt en zorgt dat er geen "out of stock"-situaties ontstaan. Je stemt af met leveranciers over prijzen, levertijden en condities, en je denkt mee bij acties en campagnes als het gaat om planning en voorraadbehoefte.

Aan de logistieke kant coördineer je de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom, controleer je pakbonnen en facturen en los je praktische problemen op als zendingen vertraging oplopen of producten niet kloppen.

Daarnaast ondersteun je het management met agendabeheer, het opstellen van correspondentie en het voorbereiden van rapportages over voorraad, verkoop en backorders. Ook de factuuradministratie valt onder jouw takenpakket: aanmaken, controleren op juistheid en afwijkingen opvolgen met leveranciers of collega's.

MBO/ HBO werk- en denkniveau

Ervaring in een vergelijkbare ondersteunende rol.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, houdt het overzicht ook als het druk is

Communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
