Je ondersteunt de locatiemanager door het afhandelen van telefoon- en mailverkeer enhet beheren van de agenda. Je vormt een filter voor de locatiemanager en geeftbelangrijke zaken direct door. Je maakt de roosters voor het team en bereidtvergaderingen maar ook bijeenkomsten voor, zowel inhoudelijk als organisatorisch.Tijdens bijeenkomsten en vergaderingen stel je de notulen op. Daarnaast maak jeactielijsten en bewaak je de gemaakte afspraken. Je bent klantgericht, assertief, integeren je communiceert zowel verbaal als schriftelijk duidelijk en helder. Je werkt graag in een team en vindt het prettig om je als spin in het web tebevinden tussen de collega's.
