The posting

Als managementassistent Klimaat & Economie ondersteun je een team van ongeveer 25 collega's dat werkt aan actuele maatschappelijke en economische vraagstukken. Denk aan de energietransitie, circulaire economie, netcongestie en gastvrijheidseconomie. Jij zorgt voor structuur en overzicht, zodat je collega's zich kunnen richten op hun inhoudelijke werkzaamheden.

Je organiseert afspraken, vergaderingen, informatieavonden en andere bijeenkomsten en zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding en opvolging. Ook houd je acties en afspraken bij, beheer je agenda's en mailboxen en ondersteun je bij verschillende administratieve en secretariële werkzaamheden. Daarnaast zorg je voor een overzichtelijke Teams-omgeving waarin collega's informatie en documenten gemakkelijk kunnen terugvinden.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Plannen en organiseren van afspraken, vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten. • Voorbereiden en faciliteren van interne en externe bijeenkomsten en informatieavonden. • Opstellen en bewaken van actielijsten en opvolgen van gemaakte afspraken. • Beheren van agenda's, mailboxen en correspondentie. • Inrichten en beheren van de Teams-omgeving, zodat informatie en documenten overzichtelijk en toegankelijk zijn. • Ondersteunen van collega's bij administratieve, organisatorische en secretariële werkzaamheden. • Meedenken over manieren om werkzaamheden slimmer en efficiënter te organiseren.

Je start op 20 september 2026 en werkt tot uiterlijk 30 maart 2027. De functie is voor 24 uur per week.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent een proactieve en servicegerichte managementassistent die graag structuur aanbrengt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en contacten. Je ziet wat er nodig is, pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op en krijgt energie van het ondersteunen van anderen.

Verder vragen we:

• Een afgeronde secretariële of administratieve opleiding op minimaal mbo 4-niveau. • Ervaring als managementassistent, teamondersteuner, secretares
