Managementassistent Past dit bij jou? - Je zoekt een klein en hecht team waar je elkaar goed kent. Een team waar iedereen zijn eigen taken heeft, maar waar je elkaar helpt in drukte of bij afwezigheid. - Je wil dit binnen een maatschappelijke organisatie waar je merkt dat het werk ertoe doet en je indirect bijdraagt aan het dagelijks leven van bewoners. Je voelt je prettig in een organisatie met korte lijnen, waar je dicht op het Bestuur werkt en ziet wat er speelt. - Je wordt blij van een rol waarin plannen, organiseren en notuleren samenkomen. Je wil graag dat agenda's kloppen, overleggen goed voorbereid zijn en notulen duidelijk zijn zodat collega's er direct mee verder kunnen. - Je zoekt een plek met afwisseling. Waar je het ene moment schakelt met een manager over prioriteiten in de agenda, en het andere moment contact hebt met een externe relatie over een afspraak. Terwijl je tussendoor vragen van collega's beantwoord en nadenkt over de organisatie van de volgende medewerkersbijeenkomst. - Meedenken hoe processen slimmer kunnen, doe je graag. Je hebt interesse hoe automatisering en AI jouw werk kan ondersteunen. - Een salaris tussen € 3.998 en € 5.042 bruto per maand (bij 36 uur per week), schaal H cao Woondiensten. Daar bovenop 8% vakantiegeld en 4% eindejaarsuitkering. - Arbeidsovereenkomst voor 28 uur per week. Je werkt in elk geval op dinsdag en donderdag op kantoor in Heerenveen. - Persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget die je inzet via ons eigen leerplatform. Jouw functie en team staan niet stil, dus in de praktijk is ook veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling. - Leuke extra's zoals: 4 weken verlof bijkopen, vitaliteitsbudget, maatschappelijke verlofuren én gezellige momenten zoals een kerstfeest en uitjes met de personeelsvereniging. - Uiteindelijk help jij mee om onze bewoners een fijn thuis te geven, waar we het met alle 200 collega's van Elkien voor doen.
