Wie ben jij - Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal een mbo-diploma en al ruime ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol. - Zelfstandig: Je hebt geen inwerkperiode nodig en maakt jezelf snel wegwijs. - Talen: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. - Digitaal: Je werkt heel makkelijk met MS Office en digitale archieven. - Eigenschappen: Je bent proactief, discreet, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig.

Wat ga je doen Samen met de bestuurssecretaris vorm je het bestuurssecretariaat. Je pakt de werkzaamheden direct op en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt voor de bestuurder, directie en Raad van Toezicht.

- Je beheert de agenda van de bestuurder en plant afspraken in. - Je bereidt vergaderingen voor, maakt notulen en bewaakt actiepunten. - Je verzamelt en verwerkt op tijd alle vergaderstukken. - Je regelt de (digitale) post, mailings en telefoon. - Je houdt statuten, reglementen en het digitale archief up-to-date. - Je helpt mee met de communicatie, PR en bijeenkomsten.

Waar ga je werken Je start op een fijne onderwijslocatie in Goes. In de toekomst verhuis je samen met het bestuur naar een mooie nieuwe plek, eveneens in Goes!

Je wordt ook onderdeel van een actief regionaal netwerk van bestuurssecretaresses. Zo blijf je makkelijk in contact met vakgenoten uit de regio.
