Werk midden in het Haagse overheidslandschap en zorg dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. Wat ga je doen? Den Haag staat nooit stil. Er wordt vergaderd, besloten, afgestemd en vooral: veel geregeld. Als managementassistent zorg jij ervoor dat managers en teams hun werk goed kunnen doen. Jij brengt structuur, houdt overzicht en bent degene die weet wat wanneer moet gebeuren. Je werkzaamheden zijn lekker afwisselend: - Je beheert agenda's en plant afspraken en overleggen. - Je organiseert vergaderingen en zorgt dat alle stukken klaarliggen. - Je notuleert en houdt actiepunten en afspraken bij. - Je ondersteunt managers, teams en projecten bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Je bewaakt deadlines en signaleert wat aandacht nodig heeft. - Je schakelt met verschillende collega's en betrokkenen. Je werkt via Driessen bij verschillende overheidsorganisaties in Den Haag. De ene keer ondersteun je een manager, de andere keer een projectteam. Zo blijft je werk afwisselend en leer je steeds nieuwe organisaties kennen.
