The posting

Als managementondersteuner bij de Nederlandse Emissieautoriteit (NEa) ben je de onmisbare steunpilaar van de organisatie. Je houdt de agenda en inbox scherp in de gaten, bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel opgelost worden. Zo ontzorg je managers en de directeur, zodat zij zich kunnen richten op hun belangrijkste taken.

Je zorgt voor een goed verloop van vergaderingen, ontvangt bezoekers vriendelijk en houdt alles netjes en georganiseerd. Daarnaast regel je telefoontjes, verwerk je belangrijke documenten en voer je diverse administratieve taken uit.

Dit zijn de belangrijkste taken:

• Agendabeheer en plannen van overleggen. • Telefonisch contact afhandelen. • Bezoekers ontvangen en verzorgen van vergaderlocaties. • Stukken verwerken, zoals nota's en brieven. • Diverse administratieve werkzaamheden.

Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week. De start is z.s.m. en begint met een half jaar contract. Er is kans op verlenging.

Hybride werken is na de inwerkperiode mogelijk voor ongeveer 50% van de werktijd. Vaste teamdag op kantoor is de donderdag.

Functie-eisen: Als managementondersteuner ben je een echte teamspeler. Samenwerken en goed communiceren met verschillende mensen gaat je makkelijk af. Plannen en organiseren liggen je, en je houdt altijd het overzicht. Je werkt netjes en precies, bent flexibel en makkelijk benaderbaar. Proactief en klantgericht help je anderen graag, je luistert goed en reageert snel.

Je hebt het regelen in je vingers, bent ordelijk, snel en nauwkeurig. In contact met collega's en externe contacten ben je servicegericht, respectvol en flexibel. Ook blijf je rustig onder druk en vind je het geen probleem om soms extra te werken. Je pakt taken van een collega over als dat nodig is. Vertrouwelijke informatie behandel je met zorg en respect.

Verder breng je mee:

• Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau. • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als managementassistent. • Goede kennis van Windows en MS Office-programma's
