Jouw uitdaging Als Manager Bedrijfsontwikkeling geef je leiding aan een team van circa 30 adviseurs en projectleiders, verdeeld over onze vestigingen in Meppel, Oss en Apeldoorn. Je werkt flexibel op deze locaties én hybride vanuit huis. Als lid van het managementteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling en draag je actief bij aan de strategie en groei van Exlan Advies. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en het realiseren van commerciële groei. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling en het financiële resultaat van de afdeling Bedrijfsontwikkeling. Je bent een verbinder die kansen ziet in de markt, klanten begrijpt en medewerkers helpt het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Dankzij jouw affiniteit met de agrarische sector kun je ontwikkelingen vertalen naar nieuwe dienstverlening en innovatieve oplossingen voor onze klanten. Je rapporteert aan de Algemeen Directeur van Exlan Advies. Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan een team van adviseurs en projectleiders. - Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. - Verantwoordelijk voor planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit en resultaten van het team. - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften. - Ontwikkelen van nieuwe diensten en marktconcepten. - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van relaties met klanten en samenwerkingspartners. - Actief bijdragen aan omzetgroei en commerciële kansen. - Samenwerken met directie en man...
