Daarom zoeken wij een Manager Finance & Control die energie krijgt van realiseren, verbeteren en vernieuwen. Een ervaren finance manager die de basis op orde houdt, maar ook actief wil bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Iemand die niet bang is om zelf analyses te maken, andere managers uit te dagen, processen slimmer in te richten en mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van finance binnen de vereniging. Als Manager Finance & Control geef je leiding aan ons Finance & Control-team (circa 5 fte) en werk je nauw samen met de Sectormanager Bedrijfsvoering (CFO). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning- en controlcyclus, financiële sturing en de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling. Je bent geen manager die vanaf de zijlijn stuurt, maar blijft ook actief betrokken bij de inhoud. Je vervult daarnaast een belangrijke business control-functie binnen de organisatie en bent sparringpartner voor managers, directie en collega's. Je bespreekt investeringen, businesscases en risico's, terwijl je tegelijkertijd werkt aan de ontwikkeling van het team en de financiële functie. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere modernisering van finance. We willen slimmer gebruikmaken van data, processen verder automatiseren en de mogelijkheden van nieuwe technologie benutten om...
