Lees dan verder! Functieomschrijving Als Manager binnen de samenstelpraktijk ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor MKB-ondernemers uit de regio. Je stuurt een enthousiast team aan, begeleidt ze in hun vak ontwikkeling en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille en geef je proactief advies over structuur, groei en fiscale kansen. Je vertaalt cijfers naar strategie en bent voor klanten een betrouwbare sparringpartner. Een rol waarin vakkennis, leiderschap en klantgerichtheid samenkomen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Leidinggeven aan assistenten en relatiebeheerders; - Opstellen, beoordelen en bespreken van jaarrekeningen; - Signaleren van advieskansen en optimalisaties; - Meedenken over interne procesverbetering; - Begeleiden van medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling. Bedrijfsomschrijving Je komt terecht bij een modern accountantskantoor met een sterke focus op MKB-ondernemers in de regio Zuid-Holland. Binnen dit kantoor draait het om samenwerken, kennis delen en plezier hebben in je werk. De lijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en jouw mening telt. Het team is ambitieus maar nuchter, met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit en werkgeluk. Er wordt actief geïnvesteerd in jouw ontwikkeling via opleidingen, coaching en interne trainingen.
