Schlosshotel Kitzbühel - wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung: 1 Manager Accounting & Controlling - Schwerpunkt F&B (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

* Erstellung und Analyse von Kennzahlen, Reports und Wirtschaftlichkeitsauswertungen im F&B Bereich.

* Kontrolle und Analyse von Wareneinsätzen.

* Durchführung von Kalkulationen von Speisen und Getränken der verschiedenen F&B Outlets im Haus.

* Erstellung von Inventuren und deren Auswertungen.

* Überwachung von Umsatz-, Kosten- und Deckungsbeitragentwicklungen.

* Monats- und Jahresabschluss im F&B Bereich.

* Entwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling- und Reportinginstrumenten.

* Operative und strategische Verantwortung für den Einkauf.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Buchhaltung Abteilung.

Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Hotellerie, Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Einkauf, Rechnungswesen.

* Zahlenverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten.

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und ideralerweise Erfahrung mit Hotel- und Wirtschaftssystemen.

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitweise.

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.

* Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
