Ben jij een hands-on manager die medewerkers in hun kracht kan zetten? Ben je een teamspeler die overzicht houdt, hoofd- en bijzaken goed kan onderscheiden en gemakkelijk verbinding legt met anderen? Ben je communicatief sterk, netwerkgericht en heb je affiniteit met jeugdigen en ervaring in de GGZ? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Er is ruimte voor eigen invulling binnen deze functie voor de verschillende locaties. Dit ga je doen Samen met de manager zorg (die verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de inhoudelijke uitwerking van zorg en de nodige inhoudelijke transformaties) geef je dagelijks leiding aan de professionals van drie locaties (Arnhem, Nijmegen en Utrecht). Je hebt de (soms complexe, maar altijd) uitdagende taak om professionals te begeleiden in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden, zodat de zorg die geleverd wordt zo optimaal mogelijk vorm krijgt. Hierbij vormen inhoudelijke en bedrijfsmatige doelstellingen de basis. Als manager bedrijfsvoering ben je een gelijkwaardige sparringpartner voor de manager zorg. Samen zorgen jullie voor sterke en toekomstbestendige poliklinieken, waarin kwalitatief goede zorg en een gezonde bedrijfsvoering met elkaar in balans zijn. Je begrijpt wat inhoudelijk nodig is voor goede zorg en weet dit te verbinden aan personele, organisatorische en financiële mogelijkheden. Daarbij houd je overzicht, onderscheid je hoofd- en bijzaken en weet je prioriteiten te stellen. De manager bedrijfsvoering draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de personele, organisatorische en bedrijfsmatige randvoorwaarden die nodig zijn om de teams optimaal...
